Selecting the right treatment length

Selecting the right session ensures you get the most from your massage. A 30-minute session is perfect for children or for targeting a single area of tension. 45 minutes provides focused treatment for one to two areas, while a 60-minute session is ideal for a full-body massage or addressing multiple areas of concern. If you’re unsure which option is best for your needs, I’m happy to help guide you to the most effective choice.
