  • Before you arrive, you’ll fill out a health form online through Jane (our online booking system) - when you arrive we’ll chat about your goals, areas of concern, and any conditions that might affect treatment. The massage is always tailored to your needs.

  • Yes, direct billing is available for the majority of insurance providers. If you’re unsure about your coverage, be sure to call your insurance provider prior to your appointment

  • You can wear whatever you ‘d like! You only undress to your comfort level. Your body will always be draped with sheets, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered. You’re always welcome to wear a sports bra and shorts / athletic wear if that makes you more comfortable

  • Some therapeutic techniques, like deep tissue work, may feel intense, but it should never be unbearable. Discomfort should always be within a tolerable range - you can always ask for more or less pressure throughout your treatment

  • Many people feel relaxed and lighter. Some may experience mild soreness for a day or two, especially after deeper work. Drinking water after your massage will help to reduce soreness

  • It depends on your goals. For stress relief, once a month may be helpful. For injury recovery, weekly or biweekly sessions might be recommended. We’ll discuss what works best for you as part of your personalized treatment plan, so you always know what to expect.

  • I know life can be unpredictable! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so the time can be offered to someone else. Cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a $50 fee. This policy helps me keep my schedule fair and available for everyone.
